Here Is His Story:

In about five sentences, please give us an overview of your job at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST).

Our company is an important supplier for automotive transmission in the Chinese market. Among our customers are well-known automotive companies such as Volkswagen, SAIC, and AUDI. Our company is the only supplier of specific components for these companies, so in order to ensure a competitive advantage I focus on whether our production processes are normal. I strive to continuously improve our processes. Our goals are to improve our customer’s satisfaction, as well as maintain our market advantage.

What makes working with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies different from other companies or teams you’ve worked with?

At Freudenberg, we advocate “We All Take Care”, a company-wide initiative to be more responsible. Additionally, close connections and cooperation between departments make the work easier and more interesting. Friendly relationships between colleagues and interdepartmental cooperation is very important to me. These aspects help to make employees feel valuable to the company.

Why did you decide you wanted to work here?

I have worked here for four years. From technology to management, I have gained a lot of knowledge. I enjoy working at Freudenberg because I receive great support from my colleagues and the company. It is a good working environment in which I have many friendly relationships with colleagues. Freudenberg provides you with a great opportunity for development.

We are all young and passionate. Our division was founded in 2014 and at that time we only had 50 people. Now, we have more than 80 people. It is becoming stronger and stronger!
