Here Is His Story:

In about five sentences, please give us an overview of your job at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies?

I work as a technologist for Freudenberg at the facilities in Lajosmizse, Hungary. I am responsible for IM and IRM technologies. I create prototypes of new products and work to make our production process more efficient.

What makes working with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies different from other companies or teams you’ve worked with?

It is a good feeling to work at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST). We have a great team and everyone is willing to help each other. In fact, many of us are good friends not only at work, but outside the office as well. It really feels like a big family!

Why did you decide you wanted to work here?

I worked for FST from 2011 to 2015. It was my first employer after I finished school. However, in 2015 I left to try something new, but it was not the same. In this new company, the work was not interesting and my team members did not care for each other. So, I made the decision to come back to FST. This company feels like home to me.

Can you tell us about the culture at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies?

Here at Freudenberg, there is a very strong culture. The company takes care of its employees. If someone is dealing with a problem, at work or in their personal life, we are always here to offer help and support.

What does Freudenberg Sealing Technologies have to offer regarding career / talent development?

There are many different trainings that are offered to our employees. Talent development at FST is a top priority.

How is your team organized or what does it look like?

My team is known as the “Technology Team”, and we consist of four technologists. We are the business unit leaders, and we work under the head plant manager.
