Setting a Course to the Future
Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is run by three visionary executives – the Management Board – who adhere to the proven Guiding Principles while steering the company forward.
The Freudenberg Group's Guiding Principles describe the criteria that govern the management of the company:

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is managed by a Management Board consisting of three executives:
Claus Möhlenkamp is Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. He is responsible for the areas of Sales and Marketing, Strategy Development, Human Resources and Communications.
Kerstin Borrs is Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She is responsible for Finance, Risk & Compliance Management, Customs and Export Control, IT & System Management, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions.
Dr. Matthias Sckuhr is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is responsible for the areas Operations, Lean, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Quality Management and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), as well as for Innovation Management, Process Technology, Product and Material Development.
