chassis.tech plus 2019

The 10th International Munich Chassis Symposium will highlight the challenges of chassis development, especially taking such topics as safety, vehicle dynamics and driving comfort into account.

These challenges will increase in the future: “If the chassis is supposed to interact with assistance systems and other elements that enable fully automated driving, it will become even more complicated,” the organizers say. During the world’s leading industry event for the chassis community, these issues will be addressed and discussed in separate areas for chassis, steering, braking and tires/wheels.

This year, for the first time, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) will take part in chassis.tech plus 2019. The company, which specializes in sealing solutions of all kinds, will present its portfolio for dynamic, static, translational and rotating applications in shock absorbers and steering systems. FST not only offers oil seals in a range of materials for damper and steering systems — it also has them for a variety of applications, such as motorcycle mountings and gas springs. All FST’s sealing solutions ensure outstanding durability across a wide range of temperatures and pressures.
