EHEDG World Congress

The EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering & Design takes place every two years at different locations in Europe. Also this year the congress will be the meeting place for the target group concerned with the hygienic planning, installation and integration of equipment for the safe manufacture and processing of products. 

EHEDG World Congress 2022 will present you exciting presentations on important topics such as food safety, quality, productivity and sustainability, and provide insights into future consumer trends and behaviors.

Hygienic Design Standards are intended to ensure that seals in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries provide a safe and hygienic sealing, especially when they come into direct contact with the end product. These include the Hygienic Usit®, the Radiamatic® HTS II 9539 VL, O-rings for aseptic screw connections in accordance with DIN 11864, as well as customer-specific solutions that are also suited for use in applications with particularly aggressive CIP/SIP cleaning agents and high steam sterilization temperatures.
