New O-rings made of Fluoroprene® XP 41

Until now, formed parts and clamp seals have been made from Fluoroprene® XP 41. Effective immediately, we are also offering you O-rings made of the light blue universal material. The advantage is obvious: To this point, in a number of components, you have used two Fluoroprene® XP materials. As of now, Fluoroprene® XP 41 can cover your complete sealing needs.

We have also expanded the variety of formed parts for you: for example, pigs can now be produced from Fluoroprene® XP 41 with a machining process. Our Hygienic Usit® is another new product made of Fluoroprene® XP 41. As a hygienic washer, it ensures dead-space-free screw connections in open and closed processes. Thus applications can be sealed even if they involve very aggressive media that EPDM has been unable to handle.

Due to its universal resistance to polar, nonpolar and CIP/SIP media, Fluoroprene® XP is suitable for the entire processing industry. This is confirmed by a range of approvals:  FDA, 3-A® Sanitary Standards Class I, EU Reg. 1935/2004, USP Chapter 87 and 88 and NSF 51.

As of now, our portfolio of Fluoroprene® XP 41 products includes customer-specific solutions, such as pigs and butterfly valve seals, as well as standard seals, such as O-rings, diaphragms and clamp seals.
