Modification of Simmerrings

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies offers modified Simmerring® radial shaft seals tailored to specific applications to enhance sealing performance and longevity. Modifications include vented or shortened dust lips for high-speed shafts, reinforced or stainless steel springs for durability, non-woven excluder lips for contamination protection, and PTFE discs for chemical resistance. Additionally, pre-greased dust lips and FKM plus coatings improve lubrication and reduce wear. These innovations ensure optimal sealing under various conditions.
